About Me
Hi, I’m Adam Estabrook, a strategic brand marketer with more than 20 years of experience building and running brands for some of the world’s most recognized companies.
With more than 20 years of experience developing strategic brands and running their marketing operations, I bring a wealth of expertise. Throughout my career, I’ve excelled as both an advisor and a leader, successfully managing diverse teams across complex projects with exceptional performance.
My in-depth understanding of sales and marketing solutions, team leadership, and knowledge of what it takes to develop and manage recognizable brands, positions me as the ideal choice for your complex strategy and operations challenges. Known for my emotional intelligence and energy, I foster strong relationships that help drive results.
Outside of work you can find me in Philadelphia or New York City where I’m likely running, cooking, or chasing down obscure rock vinyl. I also have a deep love of the outdoors and my home state of Maine, which I am all too happy to tell you about in detail.
In addition, I’ve included more information about my previous companies and clients, my systems-thinking driven methodology called SPAR, and my WORK. strategy and creative conversation project.
- Adam.
The SPAR Methodology
Over the course of my career in brand development and marketing operations, I’ve developed an agile, systems-thinking driven approach to strategic alignment and operations I call SPAR after it’s primary components: Strategy, Planning, Activation, and Response.
Together, they operate as a value and problem solving framework to streamline sales and marketing efforts and quickly increase revenue.
The WORK. Project
What has remained consistent throughout my career is the opportunity to work with astonishingly talented people. As the landscape continues to evolve, I wanted to capture this moment and highlight the people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting or working with directly.
That’s why I developed WORK., where I share my conversations with leading creatives and strategists about a changing industry and how clients and practitioners can get more out of it.
