Bringing Brands to Market
Every brand is different. Each has unique needs, opportunities, resources, and cultures that affect how they go to market, which is why there is no “one-size fits all” plan or list of touchpoints. Instead, brand identities are ongoing efforts, and as a result I offer a service design model to set brands up for success.
Making the move from planning to execution is complex and time consuming. The number of channels and marketing touchpoints has exploded, and so has the difficulty of having a consistent brand presence across the customer journey. Adding to the pressure, there's an increased scrutiny of spends, leading to a push for higher ROI on every marketing dollar. Further problems arise when strategic goals require getting brands to market quickly, producing timely branded content, and adjusting or pivoting as needed.
My approach is to help organizations translate their strategic marketing goals into an action plan. Then optimize capabilities, simplify the delivery of touchpoints, manage the execution of the plan, and help govern and maintain brands as they go forward. To do this, I utilize a network of experts and specialists with deep experience developing and managing omnichannel marketing efforts.
